My son Michael (Mikey) Matthew was born on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at 5:43 a.m., three months early and completely unexpected. He was tiny, just 2 lbs, 13.2 oz and 16 inches long.
Although his life has been filled with doctor visits, tests and therapies, Mikey constantly amazes me. He has been faced with so many challenges and health issues and has just come out thriving and loving life. He is truly a miracle.
